Doesn't seem like a caring reputable company
Product stopped working pretty quickly. Crappy customer service - actually no customer service. Pay attention to trust pilot reviews. I would not recommend.
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

DON´T BUY FROM CELLENCESKIN... PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS IN TRUSTPILOT AND NOT ON THE WEBSITE AS THEY ARE ALL FAKE SAME AS THE ONLY 5% POSITIVE MESSAGES ON TRUSTPILOT. IF YOU SEE THEY ONLY REPLIED TO THE POSITIVE ONES. I BOUGHT A LUMINEYE AND RECEIVED A GENERIC CHINA EYE BAG MASSAGER LIKE EVERYONE ELSE. WHEN CONTACTED BY CELLENCESKIN BY EMAIL NO RESPONSE, BY CALLING NO ANSWER AND THE NUMBER WAS NOT REAL. BY WHATSAPP THEY ONLY ASKED FOR THE ORDER NUMBER AND AFTER EXPLAINING MY CASE THEY DIDN´T REPLY TO ANY OF MY MESSAGES. IN TRUSPILOT MANY PEOPLE ARE SCAMMED BY THIS COMPANY WITH THE SAME SITUATION I MENTIONED THAT NO ONE KNOW IF IS IN ITALY OR CHINA. REPORT THIS COMPANY ON GOOGLE AND EVERYWHERE POSSIBLE SO THEY CLOSE THE WEBSITE AND NO ONE ELSE GET SCAMMED.
I Woul put 0 stars, u received a product that does not corresponded to the product in the website, I send it back to CHINA that I didn’t know that I had to send it to china I live in Italy I send it payed the price and the price to send it back. They don’t answer , they are thief’s DONT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!
This company is absolutely disgusting…. I purchased the under eye patches, LumenEYE and these things are such a waste of money!!! First off, it took 3 months for it to be delivered and the adhesives would not stay on regardless of how many different ways I tried them. Company didn’t care…. Then after 2 months of use, the microcurrent device started sending painful electric shocks under my eye!!! The company could care less and blames the customers for everything. NOT TO MENTION THEY USE FAKE PHOTOS AND STEAL THEM FROM OTHER WEBSITES TO SEEM LEGIT!
Won’t allow me to return it and says they want a video of the issue. How on earth do I sent a video of a sensation??? It’s absolute BS. The company even has a 2 year warranty that they won’t honor at all. I’ve opened a case with my credit card company 3 times now which constantly gets denied because I must take the device to a 3rd party and have them write a dang letter stating the device is defective…. I’m screwed and wasted over $100.
Absolutely do not buy from this company EVER!
Buyers beware.
They falsely advertise a hassle free returns process but it is all lies.
- they will not provide a RA number despite their website claiming this is required
- they claim that returns will be subject to further charges from couriers but will not specify what or how much or why
- returns need to be sent to Italy. But they apparently have no clue on how this works
- therefore despite paying for registered tracking returns postage, and postage confirmation the items are collected, they claim they could not collect the goods.
- the goods (according to them) now left in limbo apparently.

I write my experience, maybe it is useful to someone else. I bought the product two months ago, I was very sceptical because I didn't believe much in this form of therapy, but in the end I decided to give it a try with no expectations.
I followed all the instructions and the results after only a few weeks were remarkable, I now buy it on a regular basis. The customer service is super professional

I bought the eye devices for dark circles and I honestly started to see the difference on my under eye skin after more or less 3 weeks. And the treatment make me feel relaxed like i'm in a spa :)
Clarissa from customer care is very kind.

Worst experience ever! They send you svam products, *then* they ignore your questions and messages. They said their products have a 90 days warranty, but they disappear when you ask for a refund. Italian address is fake.
EDIT: My review is truthful, bc I tried the company's products; they were a present, which is why they were not purchased in my name.

This product - the LuminEye™ LED under eye - comes with a full refund option within 90 days but when I paid full postage to return it from the UK using Royal Mail and marked it as a return product, CellenceSkin refused to accept the delivery saying the reason for this was due to a request from the local courier for payment. I felt this was a bit suspicious as normally Royal Mail costs are door-to-door and when I questioned how a customer could possibly know about these costs they replied that they don't know as their customers are mainly in Italy. I felt this was just an excuse not to accept a return product. The reason I wanted to return it is because you have to pull it quite hard when you remove it from your eye due to the sticky pads and I felt that might damage the delicate tissue around the eye.
