Poor Customer Service and Unfair Refund Policy – Buyer Beware

My elderly mother purchased the Cellercise from Cellular Health Innovations hoping it would help with her health and mobility. Unfortunately, after the first use, it did not perform as expected. I believe the product is designed for larger individuals, and my mother is of smaller frame.

When she reached out to David Hall, instead of providing help or guidance on a refund, he tried to convince her to continue using it — claiming it would “suddenly start working” after some time. This seemed like a tactic to delay until the 30-day return window passed. Each time my mother called, he kept her on the phone for long conversations while avoiding giving clear refund instructions.

We eventually returned the item at our own cost (about $150 in shipping) and were then told we would not receive a full refund because they are a “small business.” My mother lives on a fixed income, and this experience was very upsetting.

Buyers beware — this company appears to take advantage of seniors by using delaying tactics and refusing fair refunds. We hope the BBB investigates their practices so others don’t go through the same experience.

This is my one GO to exercise I do every day.

Hi,
it is RAiNiE. Got my Celerciser two weeks ago.
The very first time I did the ‘boince’ On it I felt something insida my body I could not describe. But I knew in my knowing place that it was a good and powerful response.
Mostly so far I’m doing the health bounce the way I’m able to do it.
I’m trusting that this will be parta what helps me to lower my hi lipid blood levels ect.
When bouncing I hold my arms out certain ways and honestly guys. I think I’m building muscles in my bi and triceps areas. I feel it and I see it in the mirror.
It was hard to despise while re bounded to buy but I’m sooo thankful I received it and did not fall for the hype and all the neg words some used to shear me to another product.
I will write more when more times gone by as I’m still a newbie to this whole life style of rebounding. A big thank you to both Dave and Jerry. THANKX for all your honest and patience caring and listening and hearing and answering all my questions.
Sending Gods blessings and best to all that make the Celesizer what it is.
