Professional Service, very smooth

We have been dealing with Cells4 life for the last 6 years. Their timeliness and customer service is simple impeccable. Very supportive and kindly spoken staff. Importantly, what they do is genuinely potentially life saving for our children. Its a worthy form of insurance and the best gift I could have set up for my children.

I am very satisfied with all the services I have received from this company up to this point, but I don't know how all the processes will continue later.. but so far I am very satisfied, correct and helpful at every moment. I give the maximum rating to the phlebostomist on the day of birth, a person who is willing to wait, calm, motivated and very communicative and tireless in her work..

Very poor customer service in a very difficult time. The phlebotomist turned up late tried to take maternal blood once and then stated he could not take blood and that he would come by our house once we had settled in and take it there.
Turns out we get a follow up email from cells4life saying we need to pay extra for the home visit now, because they are "an external partner" and that cells4life are not liable for this and it is out of their hands (which the phlebotomist obviously "forgot" to mention). So the phlebotomist did not do their job, cells4life is not acknowledging that they are responsible for the failure of their partner and they don't do anything to help with the situation apart from "apologize" which obviously costs them nothing.
The only other alternative they offer is to get your GP or a midwife to take the blood sample from the mother. So their amazing solution is to use public resources to make up for the failings of a private company.
Having to deal with this while having a newborn baby and being sleep deprived is not an ideal situation.
I would recommend staying away from this provider.

Phone calls answered straight away. Easy process from start to finish. Waiting in room next to delivery suit. Taken straight away packaged in a box and courier collects. All done within an hour. Great service from all staff.

My cells were collected in 2022 and my experience was amazing. We all know how crucial is timing in collecting the cells, and I must say that the person who came to collect done a great job. Constantly in contact with my husband, came in on the right moment and everything went smoothly with no stress.
Company is keeping me in touch with all news and also reminds me every year when is the payment due and also all the info at the beginning was very clear. I would highly recomand.
