You know when you buy something and after a you use it for some times, you realize that the product is not good? Well, not here. I knew exactly after 5 minutes when I purchased the phone holder for the car, that the product is bad! It literally cracked in my hand when I wanted to use it for the 1st time! I never bought something that has a plastic so brittle. Literally they are using 3rd class plastic materials.
Please, do your self a favour and try some other brand.

I bought 1 pair of earphones Cellularline EVADE 2 and I found out when I use them for phone or video calls, my interlocutor constantly hears a sound like a beat, every few seconds. I did not have the receipt because this was a gift. Then bought another pair of the same earphones and the sound of my voice is even worse, the interlocutor doesn't hear my voice, instead they hear a crackling, metallic sound, from which not a single word of what I say can be understood.
I then approached their customer care and - although they admitted these are technical problems - they said they can't do anything with that.

I spent €120 for both pairs and none of them work but they don't care and leave you to deal with it. There is no way to issue a complain on their website therefore no way to inform possible clients about these issues.

Absolutely disappointed and frustrated. I will never buy anything from Cellularline anymore.

USB charging cable is so bad the phone can barely hold the same percentage, it never charges

Customer service as well as product quality is rubbish. I purchased several packs of multipack micro usb cables to charge mobile phones. Within a month, despite being very careful, they stopped working. I no longer had the receipts so I wrote to Wikipedia directly. After several days they replied. First time they asked what product I was complaining about when I had been very clear in my original message. Then they said I needed to return to the place of purchase with the receipt when again I had already said in my original message I no longer had it. They also requested photos to see the damage to which I had to explain, as if it wasn't clear enough, that the damage wasn't visible.
They finally said they couldn't do anything as, wait for it, they wern't fiscally allowed. Since when is a manufacturer not allowed to compensate a client for a bad product even if it was bought via an intermediary? Never heard such B.S.
But in a way that wasn't what annoyed me the most. There was no appolagy for the issues I have had. This was after all 2 different packs with both the same issue. And no mention of looking into why these products are having this problem. They clearly don't care about their products or clients.

Very disappointed with my easyfit watch. I like the actually watch/tracker, but the rubber strap was fiddly to attach, then after a while it started to disintegrate.
I have tried everywhere, including writing to the company, (I never got an answer) but can't get a replacement strap. My advice is to avoid this product - poor quality, poor service. Waste of money.

I had these earphones for 1-2 months and they just stopped working unexpectedly. I'm disappointed Really. This isn't the first time tho. Please fix this issue so that people dont have to spend 100's of dollars/euros to always buy new one. On the box it says that it is guaranteed on one year of usage not 1 month. I feel like I just wasted 30 euros on garbage earphones. It's not worth to spend so much money on getting something that will only last you a month or two. I'm just asking to fix this issue as quick as possible.

This company sells crap dressed as high quality products.
Really, products are made of low quality plastic and approximate construction.
Thus, products are exactly the same pretentious copies of their Chinese homologs (expect that everything is China made), but more expensive and weak. Finally, products, such as phone holder, last into an incredibly short time.

After that, the after sale support is tremendously sloppy.
I contacted even the CEO and his personal assistant, and his R&D manager ; they all systematically ignored my complaint and, after promising a partial refund, they disappear.
I am pretty sure that this company has to be avoided for high prices, low product quality and bad after sale support.

UPDATE => Cellularline blamed on TrustPilot to delete my review because of personal info content. No personal info present at all, but this reveals the aggressive and bad faith company customer carelessapproach. My overall opinion is not purchasing anything form such a company
