I've withdrawn 500 euro and left there on my balance 72 euro... {at this time bonus is complete .. no need to wager anymore) I got and answer from support team the my withdraw process will be checked and they decide if I am eligible to get my winnings... after this I played again and won 500 more euro... next day I got an answer from support team that it appeared that I broke bonus rules and I won't be paid my winning... According to their bonus rules they say that I broke rules because I wagered less amount while playing.. There is written a player MAY wager maximum bet 5 euro per bet or slot spin in order to complete bonus line ( which means that a player has a choice to bet maximum 5 euro per bet or 4 euro or 3 or etc... otherwise there must be written a player MUST wager 5 euro exactly per bet no less and no more) If I was breaking the rule while playing then the bonus line shouldn't be completed but it did... after correspondence with a support team the only answer from the is that I broke rules...
