Fantastic service
This is the second time I have bought from you direct and as usual it was fantastic. My phone put the address in a little crazily before I could stop it, I contacted you and you changed it and assured me it would be fine. Delivery was swift and arrived with my son in time for him to celebrate his birthday.

Ordering and delivery times all fist…
Ordering and delivery times all fist class unfortunately while the packaging has improved over quite a few orders I have placed I have had quite a few deliveries where the boxes arrived slightly damaged, not a great problem as bit of tape to keep the box kept the cider stored while I savoured it.
This delivery as usual was quick and the box while heavily wrapped with bubble wrap was still bashed quite a bit, not a real problem as quick bit of tape and the box was ready for the kitchen bench, however a week or so later and the box appeared to be collapsing, on checking found a very small leak from the plastic bag that was gradually socking into the cardboard, to save the cider I have had to empty into 4 - 5L plastic containers a real shame but I need to rate it down due to this.

Hi Paul, sorry to hear that you have had issues with the delivery of your BIB's. We really do strive to provide 5* customer service and are disappointed that you didn't receive that level of service on your latest order.
We have now sourced a more robust BIB that will hopefully negate the issues some customers are seeing with damaged boxes etc. These should start to filter out into the marketplace in the next 6 weeks or so. We use APC as we have found that they offer the best service of all the big courier companies, although I do appreciate the drivers are sometimes a little heavy handed with liquid deliveries.
We appreciate your feedback, although we are disappointed you left a 2* review we understand why you did so.

Ordering was very easy via the website and delivery was prompt. Will definitely be buying from Celtic Marches again

Haven't made any recent orders
Haven't made any recent orders, but thought I should get some in for Xmas. Pleased to say that the new order was dealt with as efficently as all previous ones. Arrived safe and sound within a couple of days. And the cider is just as good as always too.

Jacob Marley mulled wine
