We were delivered medications from CenterWell Humana Pharmacy
We were delivered medications from CenterWell pharmacy Humana via USPS. They were delivered 4/29/29 USPS acknowledged. When we went to the mailbox (cluster mail boxes) there was nothing in our mailbox. I contacted USPS and they filed a claim. Then We contacted CenterWell pharmacy Humana to see if we could get the medications replace. They advised us that they could not replace them at no cost. We would have to pay a change for the medications. I have never worked with a company like this. They were the ones who shipped them USPS. Goodbye CenterWell pharmacy. I will buy my medications from a preferred pharmacy.
Dont shop here
Pharmacy tech more rude, disrespectful, than I have experienced anywhere in my long life.
CENTERWELL PHARMACY Cannot Understand representative
CENTERWELL PHARMACY, anyone else had problems with them? I've been getting OZEMPIC from Walmart, CVS for a few years now, Centerwell said Humana would not pay for it, so I went back out to Walmart and all is OK?
On another note, I spoke with two people from Centerwell that I could not understand, one had some sort of Ball game going in the background, and the other didn't speak the English very good, Chinese I think. :-0
Incompetence personified
Incompetence personified! Scheduled a direct debit payment for 5/1/2026. Phoned them 4/29/2026 NOT TO DEBIT CARD PREVIOUSLY PROVIDED. I will call back with new credit card information. Assured card was DELETED. NOT! My account was debited leaving me in the red and possibly having my rent payment returned. then I was informed they could not reverse transaction. UNBELIEVABLE!
Horrible in every sense of the word
Horrible. Horrible. and More Horrible. They've had 4 prescriptions from me written two weeks ago to be sure my medications were filled on time. In the past 60 days only 1 out of 8 times did my meds arrive on time - some as much as two weeks off, and I have to call in every week to go thru their support 'specialists' to only get canned responses as to why they are so incompetent. Zero results. Their interconnected system is such a failure it is a wonder how these people and those that work for them are still in business. Zero stars.
First call to customer service guy out…
First call to customer service guy put me on hold and never returned. I eventually figured the problem out myself. Not a Good Look!
Absolutely terrible website
Absolutely terrible website. Compete fail- save your time and have your prescriptions sent directly to your own local pharmacy because Centerwell can not be trusted to do anything right.
Following up on how my first prescription is going. No contact since the day of the order, no delivery estimate or anything else. I tried accessing my account online but I get an error saying the website is unavailable at this time. I tried calling the support number listed online and after waiting thru all the non-relevant recordings was eventually transferred to a human. His access was limited so he couldn't help me. He transferred me to the department that could help me. They didn't answer after a long wait I gave up.
Save yourself some aggravation and use a different method to get your medication because Centerwell is a failure.
Stay away from Centerwell if at all possible
Centerwell has put me through the wringer with both their specialty pharmacy services, and their OTC benefits.
Humana authorized a specialty medicine, and Centerwell Specialty Pharmacy immediately took over the fulfillment without asking me or my doctor. I decided to go along/ give them a try. Three months later, I'd dealt with nondelivery, late delivery, damaged bottles, the wrong dosage delivered, random claims by Centerwell that the med was not authorized, and long hold times, hang-up calls, cold transfers, and general incompetence and unhelpfulness shown to both my doctor and myself. My doc's office called me one afternoon and said if I didn't switch pharmacies, she'd have to drop me as a patient, because Centerwell was wasting too much of everybody's time at the practice.
The OTC thing is less horrible, just aggressively mediocre: Poor selection online, high prices ($7 toothpaste I can get at the dollar store for $1.25), random drops of OTC items that were eligible previously, and Walmart telling me that Centerwell/ Humana/ NationsBenefits were refusing to authorize purchases of items that were previously whitelisted with Walmart. I was unable last month to use the benefit to obtain such things as razor blades, first aid supplies, and allergy medications, all items identical to ones I'd been able to get previously with the same benefit card. No explanation or assistance is offered.
There really do need to be more sanctions against companies that take billion$$$ of our tax dollars, and provide such terrible service. In the meantime, complain to your state's insurance commissioner, to Medicare, or to whomever handles these complaints in your jurisdiction.
Centerwell Pharmacy could not be any…
Centerwell Pharmacy could not be any worse. They do not get your prescription orders correct. The app always has conflicting and incorrect ordering data and history. And when you call them the wait time is excruciatingly long and the chat is not much better. They ask you to leave a message. They may or may not return your call.
Infuriating lack of communication…
Infuriating lack of communication skills of phone representatives. Having to repeat instructions to people who do not comprehend the English language. Way to add stress to those of us who are already struggling with illness.
God awful
God awful. My first experience switching over a minor prescription went painlessly, if slow. Then I ordered something I really needed and here it is almost a month later, and I still don’t have it. Multiple calls have been met with ridiculous questions, long wait times, attitude, and all I wanna do is get my medication that I’ve paid for. I’m so sorry. I set up an account with Humana for my Medicare part D.
Centerwell Pharmacy
Centerwell Pharmacy, owned by Humana, is the most incompetent and disorganized pharmacy I ever worked with. Centerwell has had several prescriptions from my PCP for two weeks and has not shipped yet. I called several times and they always say the same thing " the order is being process"
Oopsy!
I am not a customer (nor would I be at this point) I guess they do not confirm information and once again someone has used my email address.
Now I have loads of information I do not want about Someone else's prescriptions, when they get them, the dosage....stuff I don't need or want to know. I think it may be the same person as all the other times (he does not know his own email address and punches in mine)
Companies really need to do their due dilligence, this is not very acceptable.
There is no email, no social media contacts, or even a phone number to contact them (you have to be a member, and I am not a member) but if you sit on hold long enough the computer puts you through to a person, so no bonus points for that.
Not trustworthy or honest.
If I could give a “0” I would. Didn’t send orders when then they said orders were already in the mail. Avoided responding to my concern over the timelines of seizure meds. Therefore not trustworthy.
Representative who didn’t listen
Well, the extremely long on hold time is very frustrating. I often have a helpful experience, but today was HORRIBLE! First of all, the representative wasn’t even listening to me. He continued repeating rx names, numbers, etc. that he must have picked from the air. This time, I had a problem with the language barrier. It became clear that this guy was CLUELESS! I asked to speak to someone else. GUESS WHAT! He transferred me to his supervisor in the US. She apparently didn’t have any correct info. She was very helpful, and fixed my issue immediately. She supposedly transferred me to the finance people to pay my huge deductible. I sat on hold FOREVER and finally terminated the call.
If I could give no stars I would
If I could give no stars I would. This is stupid that you have the wrong info for the doctor on 1 med but the other 5 are correct. Same doctor BTW. Then you send the request to a closed office instead of listening to me as to where you need to send it. You have made an 85 yr old woman go a week with out her heart meds. When I speak with a person there they say we sent it but yet they have sent it to a closed office. Then you want to argue that you have never filled that med when yes you did in December of 2025. You people and your customer service are a joke. Appalling is all I can say right now. Next call is to the BBB
Centerwell's Incompetence Endangering my Life
Blood pressure medication reported as delivered, but they delivered it to old address from January. Address was changed on Jan 20th for Feb 4th. Not only did I change the address in Jan for new residence, I contacted Centerwell by phone to ensure they got new address. April 15th, meds went to old address and, of course, no new occupant did me the courtesy of a call, even though I am only 10 minutes away.
Centerwell said that the address had not been changed 'inside'. What??? MOSTLY, I AM SICK AND TIRED AND PISSED THAT CENTERWELL HAS NOW DECIDED TO OUTSOURCE CUSTOMER SERVICE TO NON-ENGLISH SPEAKING PEOPLE. I AM STRUGGLING TO UNDERSTAND THEM AND GETTING A SERIOUS MEDICAL PROBLEM EXPLAINED TO THEM IS IMPOSSIBLE. I AM LEAVING HUMANA END OF THE YEAR UNLESS THEY GET A NEW PHARMACY!
Lastly, I have to go days without blood pressure meds, get a refill from my doctor which will take a few days,
drive a ways to pick them up and pay at least a co-pay for them. Can't begin to tell you HOW HIGH my BLOOD PRESSURE IS RIGHT NOW!
Update same day: Contacted Centerwell again re are they still sending the refill no matter what? They are "still looking into it but looks like that will be "addressed in the next day or two". Should be delivered by next Monday (4/27). Eight days!
Centerwell was fine on the phone BUT
Centerwell was fine on the phone. But to interact on their website is the worst. It's like going into an endless loop with ZERO results.
