AVOID this agent and agency at all costs.

am writing this review to warn any prospective buyer or seller about dealing with Rick . The level of professional misconduct, dishonesty, and outright negligence we experienced was staggering and resulted in a significant financial loss.

We were misled from the start regarding the apartment complex's financial health and critical structural issues. Rick consistently provided verbal assurances and selectively presented documents that painted a drastically rosy picture of the property . We were specifically told that outstanding maintenance fees were minor and that upcoming levy payments were standard, low-cost maintenance.
AVOID this agent and agency at all costs.
