Looks professionally, but perhaps fraudulent

In Feb 2022 I funded my account at centralbullion.com, after I searched for the investment in silver without keeping it home and to have a possibility switch between metals.
Later this year, in Nov I wanted to look up how is my investment and have been surprised that the website is no longer publishing news and not function as before (no actual quotes for metals, no new articles, no possibility to redeem).
I tried to contact support several times to get to know what is going on, but any answer so far.
How come this service have so many good rating? Think twice before you send your money to them.
