This is very fair because we have some customers like yourself who cancel an item or want a refund when something in regards to Amazon happens regarding the price or restriction of products etc, which we as wholesalers have 0 tolerance in regarding this it is also clearly written in our policies about cancellation and restocking fee.

This business 'Magneticsource Ltd' after checking on our systems have never got in touch with us via email over a query or neither have they placed an order with us. So for them to leave this 1 star rated review it makes it as a fake review left on our page.

Not all goods will come sealed directly from the brand owners, manufacturers & supply chain.
All of our goods are 100% Genuine & Brand-New, we have from time to time explained to the very few customers like Nouh Aarab who like to make ours and other wholesalers lifes a misery by complaining about these sort of of issues when it has been made very clear to them. Theses sort of customers never even get in touch with us to tell us about any problem but are very quick to judge our business/products as a whole which is not fair.
