PROMPT SERVICE AND GOOD QUALITY PRODUCTS. I WOULD HAVE PREFERRED THE PERSONALISATION EMBOSSMENT TO BE MORE PROMINENT AND HAD SOME SORT OF COLOUR AS IT WAS VERY DIFFICULT TO SEE.

Great Gift, Great Service
I purchased one of the Sari collection albums as a wedding present to be sent to the USA. I had several questions which were answered quickly and politely,
The gift arrived - I have been told in beautiful packaging and the album amazing... wouldn't hesitate to use Central Crafts again or to recommend them to anyone.

Quality of product and service - AMAZING
Trying to find a good quality and good looking photo album these day is almost impossible.
Luckily i stumbled across this website, and the album was amazing as well as a good price.
It was a 60th birthday present for my mum, and she absolutely loved it.
Customer service was also great here. Kept in good contact regarding the personalisation of the album and delivery.

Very helpful, great products
I spoke to the owner, who gave great advice and shipped the product to me the next day. They have some very unique products that you won't find elsewhere and it is nice to deal with a small business rather than a behemoth like Amazon or Tesco.

I am so impressed with the ease to use the website, ordering made simple. Personalising options are such a nice touch, and the whole service was quick and efficient. The gift wrapping service was perfect, looked amazing and the attention to detail like a waterproof covering was appreciated with our British weather. A pleasure to buy from and some fantastic items available. I will happily buy again as gifts and for myself.
