Connor was super friendly and went above and beyond to help us out. We couldn’t get our black panel to work but he took us through the steps and helped us with recommendations about settings and usage of the controls to make things easier and better for us. He also told us what to be aware of and what to do in the event of certain things not working
stay clear of this company had a boiler fitted 2 months ago i was due a cheque back for £144 and its been over 2 months.
i have emailed them several times and called and not received anything from them very dishonest and unprofessional i would stay clear best you go with other reputable firms.
very disappointing in the service and regret ever using their service.

When our boiler broke down we were in a rush to get things sorted, I had heard of CentralHeating.com through an advert on Facebook so i decided to give them a call. Well i am very glad that i did, I spoke to a chap called David and he was so helpful he took his time and listed to what we had to say regards our situation and he made us feel at ease when he was going through everything with us. Within 5 minutes he had worked out a quotation for us, After explaining all the benefits of the different boilers that they offer we decided to go with a Viessmann. Dave arranged everything there and then from the survey appointment with the person fitting the job to the installation date its self within 3 days we had a new boiler up and running in the property. A big thanks to Dave and the installer Gareth who did a fantastic job he and his team were efficient trustworthy and the main thing left no mess at all, So thanks to all at CentralHeating.com i cant recommend you enough
