Good advise from the company on the…
Good advise from the company on the product . One complaint was that there were no instructions on the website or in the box about how it works. As a 'capable DIYer' i would have realised that the item did not need a power supply, and that the pre-exsiting float switch that was powered with 240v when connected fried it. Now need to order another. Expensive mistake.
Ammendment...I did find the instructions so applogies, however! there is no indication that a 240v going through the panel will blow it. This maight be obvious to a proper electrician of someone familiar but there is not enough information to make it clear that the unit is solely powered by the battery and does not need and mains power. No i have fitted a new one and it is working fine and does the job.

I have not yet installed leak detection unit you sold to me. If the unit works as described I will probably given 5 stars. But you keep pestering for a review so at this stage you get 4 stars.

The Aquafighter did not clear the cloudy diesel,
i only treated 50 litres which was a fraction of what it should have treated , a complete waste of money .
i left the sock in the container for nearly a week !!!!! checking it every day.
