Appalling
I paid for a subscription to an adult website managed by Centrobill. The conditions were that the subscription was renewed every two months. Suddenly, my site access stopped and the message was my account was inactive either because my membership has expired or there was a problem processing my payment. None of those two conditions exist. I have been charged for the rolling two months subscription and my current subscription was not due to expire for about six weeks. Over a period of about three weeks I sent five messages directly to Centrobill from the website detailing all of the issues. I got no response. I also sent two messages directly to Centrobill from their own site. Again, I got no response. I am absolutely appalled by the level of customer service. In fact, there is no customer service. A quick look at the reviews found here don’t give me any comfort about the ability of Centrobill to deal with customer’s concerns.

I emailed Thursday and still haven’t gotten a response. I got charged another $75. I haven’t been using cento. I used it for 3 months after paying the initial $75. I did my know it would keep charging me. Hoping for a cancellation and a refund on the last 2 charges.

I was charged $90 twice for a total of $180. I tried logging on to the website to see what the deal was. But none of me email accounts worked. I just want to cancel my membership and possibly get my money back or at least half! I don’t want to be charged in the near future

I've been trying to cancel for over a week. I've tried the Centro bill site but every time I enter my info, it resets the site. I've emailed support & was contacted by Jane but I still get the same site info. Please help.

Overcharging
I am requesting a refund due too my card being charged $25.98 (the monthly price) when i selected the "Try me" Option priced at $5.99 .
I was under the understanding I wouldn't recieve the full monthly bill atop the "Try me" bill as well all billed at once .

My opinion
In my perspective, I don’t really like how fan centro needs our credit card info for the 1 day free trial. Respectively, I believe that our credit card info shouldn’t be a requirement until we’ve decided that we actually want to purchase a subscription. I know that we can cancel our subscription afterwards, however, I do not want to go through the experience of fan centro continuously charging me even after I’ve canceled it. Personally, I just feel that it would convince me way better to buy a subscription if they didn’t require my credit card information from the jump.

Subscribed to top-tier model's SC through Fancentro at her request. There was limited content and the advertising for her 'fleshlight' product began on first day. Immediately after ad the 'chat' seemed impersonal and robotic, maybe FC call center worker or bf w laptop responding to 25 viewers at once. I didn't buy product but tipped $50 to discuss possible custom video order. I was discreet and respectful. After several days no "Thank You" for tip, or further 'chat'. Cancelled subscription after 1 wk. Total expense: $80.00.
Horrible Service
I cancelled my FREE trial the first day in order not to get charged $29.99! When I cancelled it, it send me an email stating that I cancelled my membership. I thought all things were fine and dandy! however, they keep on charging me, which has now totaled up to $89. To say their customer service is horrible is an understatement. Please do not waste your time with this unprofessional service. They lack responsability and care for their consumers.

I've made my first subscription 3 days ago and after couple hours of checking the influencer profile, it was the shock!!
99% of the content not exclusive as he mentioned
It's all everywhere! Additional to there is just very few content
And also didn't add me to any social media platforms because the influencer not active at all
So I've sent email to cancel my subscription and get my refund but no one replied to my email
Now .... I need my refund and i need to cancel my subscription
