When completing a nugget, you will be informed whether your answers are correct or incorrect, and you will receive feedback. If you are struggling with a question, we recommend revisiting the learning material, including videos and slideshows, to reinforce key concepts before answering. You can also click 'I don't know', which will then help the AI to provide further recommendations to support your learning.

It sounds like this review may be from a student. Our aim is to maintain high standards and we accept variations in spelling where possible, but in some cases, the platform requires precise answers.

Regarding the example you provided ("34 cows" being marked as incorrect when the answer was "34"):

While the platform generally accepts different variations of an answer, there are times when precision in the response is integral to the learning outcome. This approach helps prepare learners for accuracy in their studies.

If you encounter a specific issue with marking, you can report any content issues directly via the platform by clicking the little question mark in the bottom left of your screen.

CENTURY and ISEB Preparation
We are proud that CENTURY is the exclusive partner of ISEB and has built ISEB's Test player. This allows us to provide you with the best possible exposure and experience to that of the real exam, using our mock tests in the Bond Online Premium Plus package.

Regarding the content in the actual exam, we cannot confirm the exact structure or contents of the ISEB test, as this information is kept highly confidential to maintain the integrity of the test. We were provided with test questions from ISEB and we are confident that revising with CENTURY is the best preparation for the Common Pre-Tests.

Scoring and AI Recommendations
We apologise for the confusing experience with scores.
Stanine Scores: A stanine score is a way to measure aand understand your performance on an exam or test compared to other learners who took the same exam. Stanine scoring takes into account more than just how many questions you got right; it compares performance to others.

AI Quality: Our AI provides bespoke recommendations to your learner based on their strengths and areas for improvement. The platform would never comment about your use of the platform as "Lazy" and will provide messaging to support you with your learning, and understand how your brain is learning.

We understand you are seeking information on the number of questions, correct/incorrect answers, and question-level review.

Due to maintaining the integrity of the Mock Test and the CPT exam you are not able to see the number of questions in a Mock Test. I have however provided you with some additional tips that will support your use of the platform.

Mock Test Dashboard: For Mock Test results, you can view, not only a stanine score but a spider diagram showing how your learner has performed within each topic.

Topic Performance: This spider diagram is accessible via your Guardian Dashboard. As you hover over each topic, you can view the overall percentage scored.

Recommendations: This results dashboard will also display your learner’s topic recommendations, based on their performance, to help direct future study.

While we do not have downloadable question-level analysis (QLA) for the mock tests, we hope that our content and AI recommendations will help guide your learner to success.

Question-Level Review (Test Ready Nuggets)
- To get the detailed, question-by-question review you are looking for, we recommend using the Test Ready Nuggets:
- Test Ready Nuggets are similar to a Mock Test, without the timed aspect.

As a Guardian, you can view their performance on a question-level basis within their completed nuggets and Test Ready nuggets, which allows you to offer support if needed.

To ensure your learner can continue to make progress once the Mock Test quota has been used, you also have access to unlimited Test Ready nuggets. Alternatively, you can use these prior to completing a Mock Test to identity gaps in knowledge.

We are thorough in our approach to marking, and our aim is to maintain high standards. While the platform generally accepts different variations of an answer, a capital letter is sometimes integral to the correct response to ensure learners are prepared for this level of accuracy in their studies. If an answer is incorrect, we provide immediate feedback and guidance on the correct response to help reinforce understanding

As we understand you are having difficulty with the questions and retries, we want to assure you that our platform has alternative questions within each nugget, which ensures that reattempts provide a varied experience. This is designed to help you solidify your learning. When you have finished a nugget, you can select the option to “retry”.

Additionally, all CENTURY nuggets contain learning material, in the form of videos and slideshows, to support you before and during answering the questions. The nuggets are designed by experienced teachers with cognitive load in mind, breaking concepts into manageable chunks to ensure they are the right level of challenge.

We also note your comment that the platform's marking is "always wrong." While our platform accepts different variations of an answer, there are instances where details such as capital letters are essential for accuracy. If an answer is incorrect, we provide immediate feedback and guidance on the correct response to help reinforce understanding. You can then retry the nugget once completed to then improve your score.

If you do feel that some content is indeed incorrect, then please feel free to report this via clicking the question mark at the bottom left on CENTURY, where you can flag this to our curriculum team.

We aim to make learning engaging and effective. Nuggets are designed by experienced teachers with cognitive load in mind. They also break concepts into manageable chunks to ensure they are the right level of challenge.
As you mentioned, CENTURY nuggets contain learning material in the form of videos and slideshows to support you before and during answering the questions. If you find the video too long, you are able to speed up the playback speed by clicking the 3 dots button on the video.
We provide both a video and slideshow to cater towards different learning techniques. These have been created by experienced teachers and should all be relevant and supportive to the questions you are answering.

In regards to suspected errors with the content, if you'd like to share more details with us, please reach out to help@century.tech where our team would be glad to investigate this further.

Nuggets cannot be restarted, as we want to encourage every student to give their best attempt throughout. When you get an answer wrong, CENTURY provides instant feedback as guidance and you have the option to reveal the correct answer. We do encourage you to refer back to the learning material throughout the nugget if you are struggling with the questions.
If you did not achieve your desired score on a nugget, you have the option to try again with a different set of questions. Each nugget contains around 3 alternative questions, to ensure you are being supported with your learning.

The “I don’t know” button is very beneficial for two reasons. Firstly, it allows your teacher to see that you have struggled on that particular question type or topic and can then offer direct support and guidance. Secondly, by clicking “I don't know”, this links to CENTURY's AI and will ensure your pathway will be updated with personalised recommendations to support your learning.

We understand that everyone learns differently, and we are always looking for ways to improve.

CENTURY works best on Chrome or Safari and it’s encouraged to ensure your device is on the latest update version. If you are experiencing a lag, we would recommend that cookies are cleared on the device and ensure your wi-fi connection is strong.

Dear Vivaan,

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review regarding the student side of the platform.

Teachers will set diagnostics for you based on what you are currently studying in class. The AI in the system will then understand areas of strength and areas for improvement and will provide these recommendations to you via your Pathway.

Regarding viewing the scores for the diagnostics, you are able to view your percentages in your Dashboard in the Overview tab, under ‘Recently Completed' and also under the Courses tab under the ‘Tracker’.

We have purposely chosen not to show whether learners have got a question right or wrong in the diagnostic. This is because questions might appear on topics you haven't studied. Because of this, we do not want you to be disheartened as you complete the questions, as you may get some of them wrong. However, your answers will help kick-start the AI recommendations and your teacher will also be able to provide you with support as they can see your answers.
