just got back from my trip to abuja with turkish airlines.
this was the worst and most humiliating experience of my life my flight got delayed on the way going and i missed my next flight.
i spent 2 days in istanbul.
my baggage was broken into and the stole designer bags and perfuems
i paid for ticket and luggage protection and ceoflights promised me it would help but they asked me to get back to turkish airlines as they service does not cover it which is RIDICLOUS!!.

i tried to change my return date on the way back and they asked for 1500 dollars to pay for exchange when i paid for free exchange

their add ons does not help you in any way!!! waste of money.
not to mention they ask you to take selfies with your card and passport to issue the ticket as if it is an interview. a complete joke

Our reservations were a little out of the ordinary in that we were flying into one country and flying out of another, and also flying out of a small market airport. Edward explained the difficulty of one leg of our trip, found a reasonably priced solution, and made all the arrangements. I'm very pleased.

Edward was very helpful. He was professional and courteous. I enjoyed dealing with him. He kept in constant contact. Great experience. The only thing at the end it was 100 dollar's more then first quoted.

Alex actually listened to everything, didn’t try to change our dates, etc., to get a lower fare, that doesn’t work when you are going on a tour and you have the tour company giving deadlines. I asked for a few different times, options, he replied quickly!
