WORST SERVICE ..AN ABSOLUTE SCAM..!

WORST SERVICE ..AN ABSOLUTE SCAM..!! I purchased an Iron test kit from Cerascreen. It had no test ID for me to register or return the sample. Some of the key contents we also missing. They are also not responding to any of my emails. DO NOT BUY FROM CERASCREEN!!

This company is only taking the money…

This company is only taking the money from people. Once they get your money they will tell you several lies about why they can not process your test, it took them 6 months to send me a replacement kit that ended up not working and they wont issue me a refund! I was very patient and waited the 6 months for my kit what for? To loose my momey please they have been doing this to many other people but they are just deleting the reviews DONT USE THIS COMPANY

FAKE, all they do is copy and paste the same results for everyone. my GP test was100% different. Waste of £50.

Clear instructions/efficient service

Clear instructions. My test arrived swiftly, and it was delivered within a couple of days. Cerascreen kept me up to date via app and email about test progress. I contacted the company at one point as I noticed all the bad reviews. They were quick to respond, helpful, and reassuring. I had my results in their estimated times. Thank you. I wonder if some of the bad reviews are related to problems posting tests, with the strikes, etc...not sure. But I am happy with the service and will use it again.

Total scam - don’t get caught

Decided to order an A1c test because I am housebound at present. Took payment immediately but then I read the reviews. Tried to cancel 10 minutes after ordering. They wanted me to fill out a form in German - that didn’t matter because it couldn’t be sent. Then the website said they were closed down but would be back soon with new products. This is the worst scam I have ever fallen for and Imam really upset. Sites like this need closed down.
I finally got a response from Cerascreen - I think only because I went through PayPal. It is impossible to cancel an order with them and impossible to use their ‘systems’. I still have not had my money refunded.The contact form’ they mention in their reply does not work. All this leaves the customer in an impossible position. My only concern is that others do not use this site since it may be aimed at more vulnerable people

Don’t buy this

Don’t buy this. They have asked me 3 times because they lose them. The company they use is not appropriate. When I asked to refund my money I got no answers. £100 in the bin

Apparently a fraudulent company!!

I ordered my first test from them in the beginning of November received it quickly completed the test and activation on the app and sent it back with in a few days. I didn’t receive any updates or results so after roughly 2 weeks I tried calling and the number listed was just a message saying to email them for assistance. I sent an email and after a few days was told they couldn’t process my sample and that i could get another one but that I would have to return it by Dec 1st as they were closing! I ask if it was a permanent closing and if they could just refund me as it was already 11/30 before they replied to tell me my replacement was still showing as in transit. I responded saying to please refund me as I couldn’t send back a completed test if i do not receive it. They told me to open the box and give them the test code so they can deactivate the test and refund me which i did on the 7th and I have heard nothing even after 2 additional emails. I am a single mother trying to find out reasons for my issues and trusted this company could give me some answers that can help me figure out what is going on and instead it seems like they just took my money (test is not cheap) and disappeared. When someone is looking for help and a company takes advantage of that, it is the worst kind of fraud.

***** UPDATE***
This company has contacted me 4 times since this review telling me they are refunding my money and I have still not received a refund!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! I am now going to have to take this complaint further and report them for fraud.

Total rip-off

As many others have said, I wish I'd read the reviews before handing over my money to these cowboys. Do not use this company - they are playing on your health worries and will take your money without delivering the service they promise. Total rip-off.

There was a long transit time with the…

There was a long transit time with the postal service getting my sample to the lab, but apparently it didn’t affect the sample. The lab informed me soon after its arrival and completion of testing. The results were clear and concise, very easy to understand and formulate a plan of action.

Terrible delay and no communication

Bought two homocysteine tests (one for me one for my wife) and posted them on a Tuesday like they asked and it’s been nearly 2 weeks now and I’ve heard nothing even though I’ve sent two emails. The app tells me they are still waiting for the test making me think they still haven’t processed it so will the blood samples even be any use after this amount of time?

Delay in processing sample

Long delays in processing samples and posting results. Perhaps the company could put up a warning about the delay before accepting orders for its products.
Delay in processing and storing of samples before testing must cast doubt on the accuracy of the results once they are processed?
Real shame because service was prompt in the past.

Scam! No response!

I sent my sample over 3weeks ago and I’ve received nothing back. This is disgusting - there is no one to contact! I will not be using this company again and will be putting this review everywhere I can. DO NOT USE!!

Sent an incomplete testing kit

Sent an incomplete testing kit. No blood sample tube. Have emailed several times an no response. Phone number supplied is just a recorded message. Very frustrated as they were very good when used previously.

Didn't get the test result, waste of money.

I bought 2 test kits. I submitted the sample but I haven't received the result for more than 2 weeks. I thought this might be due to a lost package, so I inquired them. All they do is sending automatic response.

BASICALLY A SCAM! Possibly the most incompetent company I…

Possibly the most incompetent company I have ever used. I ordered a test kit over 2 months ago and have sent it to them FOUR TIMES and still have not even had a test analysed, I give up. The first 3 tests didn't arrive as they sent the wrong delivery envelopes and it took them 3 tests and about 6 week to realise their mistake. They then forced me to pay for the postage on a 4th test, even though it was meant to be free and it was their mistake and they then said the 4th sample 'could not be analysed'. So i've wasted over 2 months, multiple trips to and from the post office, hours of chasing them up and loads of stress for nothing. Not to mention the 2 months wasted that I could have started on treatment if i'd have had the results of the test i paid for. As someone with severe health issues, having to chase and deal with the stress of this for months has only made things worse. They still haven't even refunded me the postage cost they forced me to pay! The company is an absolute joke and should not be allowed to operate in the medical field. I will be reporting them to trading standards as they have basically scammed me, selling tests that they apparently are incapable of carrying out. AVOID!!!

We have already cancelled your order and refunded you the invoice amount. We will of course also refund the shipping costs that you had to lay out. This is already in process and you will be refunded the shipping costs early next week. You will receive a new test from us as compensation, so you can send us another sample free of charge. We hope to convince you of the quality of our products and apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Don't bother

Don't bother sending for an A1C blood sugar test. I received it and followed the instructions to the letter and haven't heard a word since!
Tried several times to contact you. Nigh on impossible. Dont want to put my personal info on here.
