I waited 3 days instead of the regular 2 for my results. Within the next few days I received 5 notifications of billing. They gave me an Internet address to pay my bill that did not work. I told the I had to send a check for goodness sakes. But they still continued to send bills. An attempt at automation, less real personnelle that really isn’t going well.

I brought my 4-year-old for a blood test and was shocked by the lack of empathy or competence from the nurse. She did not speak to my son once, refused to remove his numbing patches, and seemed nervous and unsure what to do. The experience was very distressing for him and for me.

When I went back to complain, I was told that the nurse was new and that I should have been given someone more experienced with children — but by that time, the damage was done.

A private lab should never assign an inexperienced staff member to a frightened young child. This showed a serious lack of judgment and care.

I have now made a formal complaint so that other families won’t have to go through what we did.

No problem with testing but pay separately for them.

Used Cerbailliance via Drive FR Concarneau to get PCR test in France when we mistakenly thought that's what was needed for return to UK.
My wife came back in just over 24hrs which was good, mine took 43hrs and we felt we had to chase it.

The issue though is that at the Drive FR they took one payment for the 2x 50euro tests, a single card transaction of 100euros and seem to have only linked to my Wifes test and I have since been sent me 2 chasing letters the second which may have crossed with my replies was quite threatening. So make sure you pay for each test individually.
On positive side I have been able to get through on the phone and hope it now sorted but since staff don't speak English & my French is dodgy I'm keeping my fingers crossed I don't have to waste more time sorting it out!
