Regarding the Algo being stopped at our discretion, we assure you that our aim is always to enhance the performance and security of the system, on the second note we had USDJPY BUY BACK of JAPAN GOVERNMENT as NEWS in JULY when you subscribed. You may ask any experienced trader regarding this period if it would be wise to trade or not and you will see the results.
We even offered you to trade at your own risk where you hesitated to do so, at the end YES we did have 2 times of a stop-loss where we clearly had instructions from your side as well to have a stop-loss in place when you were offered a trial of over a month. And at the first stop-loss, we even recovered the 30% loss within 4 trading days. While we do take preventive measures, we acknowledge that there have been instances where the Algo touched the stop loss (SL) despite our efforts. We apologize for any frustration this may have caused, and we will continue to work diligently to improve our risk management strategies. We do not acknowledge your explicit request to turn off the SL setting and utilize a conservative approach as we have many communications with you respectfully to have a stop-loss in place with an initial lot size of 0.03. It seems there might have been a miscommunication on your end.
Whatever the results we deeply apologize for not being able to meet your expectations. Rest assured, we value your preferences, and we will ensure better communication moving forward. Regarding the exchange affiliate program, we want to clarify that we are committed to providing a transparent and fair trading environment. Our intention is never to profit from our customers' losses. We apologize if this aspect of our service left you with any doubts. And for the clients that read this we want to make clear that we even did not charge you a profit split on your 3rd week so that you can clear a profit and continue with us, we just thought of it to be fair with you and your respective wife after all we communicated with your wife and were told several times not to trade in this daring moments. However, you insisted on trading where we resulted in a stop-loss.
