Cerpelo is a scam!
I received pants that didn't match the measurements on the website. Furthermore, I'm responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product, despite an obvious error on Cerpelo's part. Furthermore, communication with the store is difficult due to the long wait times for email responses. I strongly advise against shopping with this store!

SCAM! DO NOT BUY!
An absolute scam! I wanted to improve my fashion sense, and on Insta got bombarded with CERPELO ads, so I saved some money and went on the website. On the site I was careful about exactly what I wanted. I found a bundle deal to save some money, for a Sweater, Pants and Loafers and plus a separate Linen shirt and was careful in changing their colours to make a very stylish look, changing this bundle from all beige to black, coffee, silver grey etc. Apparently trying to save money is a crime to CERPELO so they chose to completely disregard my colour choices and changed my whole order back to All Beige! I spent nearly over £170 on this order, while that may not be a big sum to some people it was a lot of money for me. Whether it was the system or somebody in the workhouse who chose to have a laugh, I am extremely disappointed for being charged a lot of money for a worthless order, and to add insult to injury the website says it doesn’t do refunds or send backs. Nice to know that CERPELO enjoys treating Non-Upper class people like utter trash. I honestly wish I could give -5 Stars
