Not sure about Certa. The website is appalling and it takes forever to try and get in. Also I was given wrong information which meant I was charged twice for a fill of oil. Rang first thing this morning and was promised a callback from customer service and although the local office were lovely they can only do so much. I wasn't allowed to be transferred to the credit department and customer service weren't great either. Every time I tried to explain , they would cut me off mid sentence even though I explained I had a hidden disability which makes me struggle with articulating my words. 3 times I had to explain. But to no avail.

I ordered oil on Tues to be delivered on Friday, I waited in all day for delivery that never came. I rang 5 times to be told it would be out on Saturday its now 1130 no sign. The people I talked to on the phone were totally unhelpful I asked for the manager and was told that he would ring me back never happened. I have been a customer for 30 years and am an oap.terrible way to be treated. Frank Devlin

There price is great but never available to deliver oil . We have rang on 5 diffent occasions looking for oil to keep our children warm as we live in the country and the excuse is always they had no drivers in the area because the put the bigger payers first and leave the small orders to freeze in the house . They dont care for the circumstances they leave your children in . Because its all about the bigger competition would avoid as service is non existent.

Fast, efficient and reliable. Driver was sound and offered some helpful advice on our old oil tank and gauge.

Certa accepted my payment but provided no service in return. I followed up for a refund repeatedly by e-mail and was twice told by Certa that "the cheque is in the post" but never received any refund. I replied to the same e-mail address asking for a refund by bank transfer on 29/11/2025 (over a month ago as of 3/1/2026) but received no response. The only word to describe Certa is: Thieves.

I have just had an oil tank monitor fitted by Darren and Paddy.. The service was absolutely excellent. The two men were very courteous and got the job done speedily I can now rest knowing that Certa will inform me when my tank gets to a low level and I can check it daily myself ... I don't have to suffer oil tank level anxiety anymore 👍

I ordered oil on Monday for Wednesday as husband was off work I picked them due to price cheaper then Nass where I usually go on Monday my husband got a call from work if he could go in so at 8.35 am I rang to get a rough time of delivery I was told it would be about 10 going by his delivery route he was in Kildare I arrived home from work at 3.30 no oil husband not happy so I rang to check I was told he was in Nass on his last drop there and should be about an hour he has 4 more drops in my area. Move on to 5.25 I rang back to be told I doubt you will get it now the driver finished work at this time I told the man on the phone I was not happy and wanted my 875 back in my account quickly so I could order from someone else he was polite said he was sorry and he would get someone in charge to get back to me but today is Sunday and haven’t heard a word or received my money back to order elsewhere at no time did I get one call from the driver to say he wasn’t coming the fill day I received a message to say oil was being delivered do they think people don’t work and can sit in every day all day without a heads up on a rough delivery time I will never order from Carta oil again.
I rang Nass oil on Friday and oil was delivered Saturday at 12-30 with a call from driver before hand excellent costumer service worth paying a little more I have no idea who writes so many excellent reviews for Certa but certainly not my experience makes me wonder are many off them real

*find my house
*get a truck up and down the drive
*deliver the oil without breaking anything
This gives me peace of mind and is the reason why I stay with them even when other companies are a little cheaper.
