We had very quick service and Raymond made a good diagnosis of what has been causing our heating problem.

Have been using Certas oil boiler servicing for many years, thanks to the professionalism of their engineer Richard, my very old boiler still keeps functioning efficiently.

Raymond did a fantastic job servicing the boiler. He was very friendly and took the time to explain what he was doing throughout. A 5 star service for sure

A boiler service threw up an issue - a leak and also the programming unit which was fixed after a couple of visits and finding the right replacement part. I had been unaware of the leak previously. The issue was repaired and a new programmer provided and fitted. There was a little confusion over timing of the engineers visits which were resolved easily. The engineer was polite, honest and professional.

Kevin has serviced the Aga again brilliantly and left the kitchen clean and tidy.it set it up reaches full temperature ready to cook is clean, friendly and efficient just brilliant.
The telephone system and the booking system still requires a lot of work but that’s the back room organisation.

As usual my annual service by Craig Vecchi went of well with no problems and a cheerful smile.

The engineer, Riki Urquart,carried out a very thorough service on our boiler. He asked about how we used the boiler/thermostat and whether we felt it was efficient. During the course of work carried out he changed one of the filters and was at pains to explain why this was necessary. Rilki also checked the oil tank and discovered water in the oil. He explained in detail the options since this is a serious situation. He will refer this matter so that the problem can be addressed.Riki was at all times courteous and helpful and his work was immaculate.
