I have a policy with Certi and they are refusing to send an engineer out as a result of my heating and hot water not working properly. This is despite the fact that I have cover for them to do so.They seem to have arbitrarily assessed the fault without actually having someone inspect it. The result of this has left my heavily pregnant wife and elderly parents without sufficient heating or hot water.

I spoke to a lovely lady when requesting my free boiler service and I received contact the very next day from the service engineer who arranged for the boiler to be serviced today. The engineer arrived today to complete and I couldn’t be happier.
