Awful communication, still waiting for my refund of a cancelled order for over 18 days now. I keep getting told different things like “it has been approved”, “it is pending”, “you should have it in a few days”…The order was cancelled on the same day the order was placed and so should not be taking this long to refund.
Their web chat is only in French. Appalling service. Order reference is EMLODMRTP

shipping by UPS to a drop-off point. No SMS or email from UPS or Certideal to notify the arrival of the package at the drop-off point. Certideal provides no UPs tracking code, so it is impossible to track the package. not professional at all

So many awful aspects (and the saga is not concluded as I am still awaiting my phone)
- ordered 23/03 from the 'same day shipping' section.
- 27/03 I received an email with the subject 'Your order is arriving'. This email actually stated the phone was merely 'on its way'.
- The chat bot and customer service information is a) in French, and b) less than useless
- The courier company have twice bounced the phone back to the depot with no information from either the courier or Certideal.
- 12 days later I am still waiting on a phone selected from the 'Same Day Shipping' section.
- If I could offer a single piece of advice to anyone reading this it would be: AVOID THIS COMPANY.
- Refurbed.ie or literally any other company would've been better and I regret every second of my interaction with Certideal.
UPDATE 04/04: DPD the courier company have emailed to advise that the pickup location I chose (since according to Certideal it would be delivered quicker if delivered there) was removed from DPD's pick-up location service last week! This experience keeps getting worse! Again, avoid, avoid, avoid.
