This is a scam
This is a scam, not a real company. Does not provide the service they claim to offer which is an IQ certificate. I paid 50p, then had £39.50 taken from my account. I telephoned and asked that they return the money they took as I received no service. I was advised I had subscribed so they were entitled to take the fund. I asked for that to be cancelled and money refunded ASAP. Still waiting don't use. Not located where they say they are. 30/04/2024; 2nd email received asking for more information or review will be removed. Outrageous, no response to my emails and or money refunded. Unsure what more information they would require.

Good concept, not sure how credible it is. Listen, all the people crying over being charged £39.90 when they claim they didn't sign up for that. There's literally a tick box that says "confirm that I have ordered an unlimited monthly membership access at the rate of £39.90 with a 48 hour basic membership at the rate of £0.50". I bet their IQ score wasn't very high haha

Bunch of criminal scammers
If I could give no stars I would. An absolute scam and bunch of thieving criminals. They offer the iq test for 50p but what they don't make clear is that within 48 hours you will be charged just shy of £40. Disgusting. This company should be shut down. They make it really hard to find how you can take your account off their charging scheme and none of the information makes it clear that's what they are doing. Don't ever go near this bunch of criminals.

Scammers don’t trust the reviews
All the 5 star reviews are obviously bots do not use this service they charge ‘$0.50’ but what they include on the small print is they will charge you $40 a few days later for a subscription. I luckily always read the fine print but stay away from this company they don’t include any of this information till you finish the test

Paid 50p for an IQ test and the the next day had a payment for 39.30 taken out for a subscription i did not sigh up to. THIS IS A SCAM

Fraud - hidden membership fee
Like many other customers - I ordered the 0.50p IQ test.
I was then charged just under £40 the following week.
My banking app flagged this up as fraud.
I have started an investigation with the fraud department with my bank to receive my money back.

I did not like that it said that they were going to give results immediately after the test, that was a lie. They also lied about their trustpilot review saying it was five stars when it was only four. I do not enjoy companies like Certified Iq wasting my time.

Pricing very unclear
Pricing very unclear, especially for the less wary.
My 18 y.o daughter 'signed-up' for an IQ test and suddenly realised she was £40 out of pocket 2 days later.
Having looked at Trustpilot there are multiple complaints about this issue going back more than one year, yet the company seems unwilling to change to a more clear and transparent pricing. Received a refund after multiple conversations, but concerned this ongoing pricing scheme will affect multiple others in the future.

Scam avoid
Paid 50p to download certificate which didn't download and then an error message appeared on the link. I emailed the customer services team and they told me I had a subscription with them for £40 which I didn't sign upto. Worried they've taken my card details and will be scammers. No refund processed and they won't send me any further information. It came as sponsored on Google so I believed this was trustworthy. Avoid at all costs.

This is not legit
This is not legit. I completed the test just now, didn't receive any certificate or results so didnt actually get any IQ information for the .50p. I was provided a link and login details but they don't work at all and go to a page that is an error page. It's taken the 0.50 and I didn't realise about the subscription. I've contacted the bank and had to cancel my card. IQ responded to say they stopped the subscription also but I got nothing for my money but a broken link and the hassle of cancelling my card

Along with many other reviews this is an awful firm.
Hidden charges which I was told were “clearly stated”… They were not.
Don’t waste your money.
If 0 Stars was an option that still wouldn’t be enough.
In the current climate money is hard enough to get your hands and for wanting a bit of a chuckle and a laugh I’ve been well and truly conned.

Absolute nightmare
I thought I was paying 50p for an IQ test result but 48 hrs later a monthly subscription of £39.90 left my account. Luckily my bank flagged it up as possible fraud and prevented them from taking any more. After two emails, I got Certified IQ to cancel the subscription but it took another *five* (increasingly desperate) emails to get a refund. Each reply reads like it’s from a bot but someone is obviously reading so it’s worth pleading (initially I tried indignant but that got me nowhere, so I switched to begging instead - far more efficient). Cannot believe this company is for real and that this is legal. Am only giving two stars for the fact I did eventually get a refund.
