This company sounds like another one I use - (CERTIFIED PEP). CERTIFIED PEP has an excellent rating at REVIEWS.io and is the only company I use for my peptides. I mention this because it's easy to confuse the two companies, and I would be frustrated if I did.
I tried following the Certifiedpeptides link to their website and was unsuccessful.
This is a fake and most definitely not the real thing. Certified-pep does not review on trust pilot anymore.
This site should be taken down
This is not certified pep, this is a fake company pretending to be them.
Certified peptides no longer have trust pilot
This is NOT certified-pep
This was s fake website taken down. Certified-pep does NOT review on trust pilot anymore.
THIS IS NOT CERTIFIED PEPTIDES, THEY DO NOT HAVE A PROFILE ON TRUST PILOT ANYMORE.
I emailed Customer Service with a question and had an answer within a few hours. However, what impressed me the most was that the bottle of peptides I ordered had a link to that lot’s COA. As well as very fast service.
Made my first order and lost 22 pounds in 4 weeks, real results!
They have been great for me. I’ve made several orders. They have responded to my emails. And the peptides seem legit. So I have nothing but great things to say!
This company has lost its quality control. Careless packaging can render delicate peptides absolutely useless. Money down the drain. I’ve made two complaints regarding this issue. No response to my last complaint. It’s to bad. They started off well with packaging. Been all downhill since. Definitely finding a company that cares about the product they sell when it comes to careful packaging.
They seemed legit but they don't have the batch numbers on the vials. Red flag, I bought a lot of them sadly and spent a lot of money. I am most disappointed on the bpc mostly, I was using eternal peptides and they were amazing! I thought I'd try another company that tests for metals supposedly, but it didn't work at all! Very disappointed!!!! I tried to reach out about something, anything regarding my concerns but doesn't seem like anything will be done but it's fine I just will go back to eternal peptides and it's much more affordable. AND IT ACTUALLY WORKS!!!!!!!!
Going downhill fast. This was a great company customer service wise last year. Spent about 1000 dollars with this company only to have them not answer you when you have issues now. Too bad, they were my go to. Not any more. I just want quality research peptides and customer service that doesn't ignore you when they have no answers. By the way, AOD is NOT supposed to be cloudy with things floating in it.
Customer service was excellent. Made an error while placing an order, reached out on a Sunday night to customer service and was contacted immediately followed by a call from the owner Jason. He was able to take time out of his home life and fix the error I made and also spent thirty to forty minutes talking to me in what turned out to be like a phone call from a friend. That phone call won me over and made me a dedicated customer. Jason and his team took customer service beyond a cold interaction that wanted to do what they HAD to do to going above and beyond on a most personal level. Thank you for everything and thank you most of all for the outstanding product, quality and speedy delivery.
I’m honestly very disappointed with this company.
I have used real, pharmacy-grade GLP-1 and tirzepatide before, so I know what these medications are supposed to feel like. After switching to this company’s peptides, I got almost no effect at all. No real appetite suppression, no early fullness, no meaningful weight loss — even after using it for over 8 weeks and increasing the dose.
I followed all the instructions carefully: proper storage, reconstitution, dosing, everything. Still, it felt like I wasn’t taking anything at all compared to official medications that actually worked for me in the past.
When I reached out with honest concerns, I mostly got generic explanations like “receptor fatigue,” and once I explained my situation in more detail, the communication just stopped.
The company talks a lot about testing and certification, but based on my real experience, the effectiveness of these peptides is very questionable. Marketing and reviews look convincing, but the product itself did not live up to any of it.
I regret spending my money here and would not order again. If you’re used to real, regulated medications, be very careful.
Great customer service, fast shipping excellent products!
