All the jewelry was exquisite
All the jewelry was exquisite except the leather CK magenta bracelet (the black bracelet was flawless). The leather was starting to crack at the edges and the bands were bent making it unwearable. Otherwise I am very pleased with my purchase and will definitely shop at CWS again!

I will not order from Certified Watch Store again
I placed an order on 10/1/2020. On 10/2/2020, I received a message confirming my order had been received and was being processed. On 10/20/2020, after not having heard anything else from this company, even though my credit card had already been charged, and the status on my online account was showing “Complete”, I sent an email to the customer support address inquiring about the status. On 10/21/2020, I received an email which simply indicated my order had been cancelled and my credit card credited for the amount. No explanation, no other communication. Really? If I had not contacted you, would you have ever credited me the $179.99 back? Is this how you routinely do business - not even take the time to respond when a customer asks for a status update?
