I enrolled in a course on…

I enrolled in a course on certifyperspective.com with the understanding that it would provide training on a specific tech stack, including Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, and Instantly. The website clearly advertises instruction on these tools. After paying $125.00 and gaining access to the course, it became clear that the material did not match what was advertised.
The first module consisted only of a brief two‑page document that did not provide any meaningful training on the stated tech stack. At the end of the module, I was required to take a test that was supposed to generate a certificate of completion for use on my LinkedIn profile. The link provided to obtain the certificate only produced an error page, and no certificate was available.
At that point, I realized the course did not deliver the promised content or functionality. I submitted a refund request through the link provided on the website. I have attached the email confirming that a refund would be issued; however, I have not received the refund.
I am requesting a full refund of $125.00 for services that were not provided as advertised. Supporting documentation is attached.
