Incredible deals
I would say buying off certini is a steal, but that's an understatement. The deals I got felt like daylight robbery - the sort that would put prime Robben and Ribery look like amateurs. That's not to mention how quickly my order arrived (albeit that may be down to Royal mail). I'm completely chuffed with the products, packaging and ease of navigation of the website and of checkout.

A couple of years ago I was a trying to source a 75mm Sirrus/Vita Flow-Set Stem for my 2015 Specialized Sirrus without success. I asked Certini to notify me when the part came back in stock expecting this not to happen due to the age of manufacture & quirky design. I put a standard stem on the bike which didn't have an ideal fit. On 30/07/26 I received an email from Certini informing me that the specific stem was available. I was astonished. I ordered the stem at a cost of £31 which was received within 48 hours & immediately fitted to the bike. Absolutely amazing. Chapeau

I effing love Certini!
I effing love Certini! I've had nothing but great experiences with them. I’ve purchased two bikes from them over the years, as well as so so many parts and accessories — honestly, far too many to even begin to list.
Everything I order is always dispatched and delivered incredibly quickly, their prices are consistently competitive, and they have a fantastic selection of bikes, parts and accessories. Customer service has also always been excellent whenever I've needed to return stuff and for warranty on my bikes.
I’ve also dealt with the staff at the Birmingham store on a number of occasions and they’ve been absolutely brilliant — friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful.
If you’re a Specialized fanboy like me, Certini is pretty much the only bike shop you’ll ever need. Whether I’m looking for a bike, a genuine Specialized part or just another upgrade that I can convince myself I definitely need, Certini is usually the first place I look.
A genuinely great retailer to deal with and one that I’m very happy to recommend. I’ve spent far too much money with them over the years, which is probably the best endorsement I can give!
