Best bike buying experience from Certini Bicycle
I would like to express my sincere thanks to Louis and Tomac from the Sales and Technical teams at Certini, Bristol, for their outstanding assistance throughout the process of building my custom S-Works Epic 9.
Louis has exceptional knowledge of the Epic platform and provided invaluable advice on setting up the cockpit. In particular, he helped me determine the ideal handlebar height and cockpit configuration to achieve the perfect riding position for me. His expertise and patience made a significant difference.
Tomac, the bike mechanic, guided me through the component selection process and did a fantastic job installing my preferred mechanical dropper post. This was no easy task, as the Epic 9 frame is not designed to accommodate a mechanical dropper post. The installation was executed brilliantly, with great attention to detail and a very clean finish.
After several rides across a variety of terrain, I can confidently say that the Epic 9 truly lives up to Specialized's claim of being "The Lightest, Fastest, Most Capable XC Race Bike Ever." It is noticeably superior to other cross-country bikes from major brands that I have experienced. The engineering and technology behind the bike are truly top-notch, and I would highly recommend the S-Works Epic 9 to anyone who is serious about XC racing or high-performance cross-country riding.
Thank you again to Louis, Tomac, and the entire team at Certini for delivering such an exceptional customer experience.
