I enjoyed have the option to scan my iphone for spyware/malware. Still, when I scanned my phone three times pretty much in a row to see how consistent the results are I was kinda disappointed to realize that the results would not match

I purchased the product for 3 iphones and scanned both my teenage children and my iPhone. You need a windows computer to use this. It’s is very easy to use and the software did not find spyware on our phones. It provides a roll up of all security info that is on your phone with the permissions given to apps from the App Store, I found that I had a family tracking app on my phone installed unknown to me. So I was able to find and delete it. I’m happy about that. Just wish I knew where it came from. Affordable and easy to use and it works!

I got this in order to check my phone for Spyware and it does what it says on the packet. Good support for queries and seems pretty comprehensive at a reasonable price.

Very efficient and effect product which is easy to use. As I wanted to check for any tracking software, key loggers or spyware on my phone. Would highly recommend to every one who wants to check for any malware/Spyware on your device.

I am incredibly pleased with my Certo Software purchase of lifelong subscription! It was so worth the money and it set my mental levels to be put to restful ease; I as a individual, take my cyber security very seriously and every program I had attempted to use had a catch.
Ever since Certo, my mental security is as secure as ever and I know now that I can always, always, always count on Certo to do the trick. It is impossible to maintain perfect security on so many things but I rest assured that with Certo can help defend the devices of my entire family and I fully intend to start a business within the branch of cyber security! I am proud to announce I get more positive responses for reassuring others rather than letting it bother them. I also utilize a few softwares currently to benefit my friends and family as I see them like customers who are satisfied. Let me begin with full disclosure, I am not technical savvy and dealing with technical issues is one of greatest frustrations in life. My nephew who works in the field, recommended Certo to me.
I bought the software at the beginning of my messy divorce. It has given me peace of mind knowing my phone was clean from tracking software. It has been a nightmare for me this year. At the beginning, I was being tracked, pictures taken and then misconstrued to the courts and I have spent thousands trying to defend my character and almost lost custody of my boys from false allegations.
I also have a teenage son and one of his friends while staying over was looking at a website. Anyway, his friend was having a meltdown because his phone had frozen from a virus and/or malware. I really don't know but I was able to restore his phone with the Certo Software.

3 Days and No Response from Help Centre.
For the past 3 days I Just cant seem to get a response from the certo help center, I paid $100 and the app will not connect with 3 devices I tried. I read reviews in sitejabber reviews of certosoftware com that appear to be warning against purchasing this product. I should have accepted their warnings that certo are only after your money and the help center do not respond. be carful!!!

Don't normally write reviews, but thought it was important to share my experience.

After spooking myself out after a possible hack on my iphone, I contacted the customer service department (Simon) and they/he was incredibly quick at getting back to me (well under that 12 hour hour mark more like 1/2). Provided clear and reassuring advice and at no point till I feel I was pressured into buying products. Feel confident my issue is resolved but wouldn't hesitate to contact them again and buy products from them in the future.

They'll be the first people I recommend to friends and family.

Certo is easy to use and the customer service is very responsive.

The easiest way to find Spyware on your iPhone. Great service!
