A Certu reúne em um só lugar recursos que normalmente exigiriam várias ferramentas. Atendimento pelo WhatsApp, CRM, agenda, acompanhamento de oportunidades, campanhas e gestão da operação ficam conectados.
O que mais me chamou atenção foi a automação. A ferramenta consegue entender o negócio, atender clientes pelo WhatsApp, qualificar contatos, realizar agendamentos, enviar lembretes e acompanhar oportunidades, além de organizar essas informações no CRM.
A plataforma tem muitos recursos e ainda pode evoluir na forma de apresentar algumas configurações, deixando o início mais simples e intuitivo. No geral, a proposta é muito boa para quem quer reduzir tarefas manuais e ter mais controle sobre o que acontece no atendimento e nas vendas.
