Explanations on how to drive are… terrible

Explanations on how to drive are extremely vague and wont help you whatsoever in driving, it gives you information, but doesn't specify it further and continues on without telling you what it means, this website is expensive, but doesn't help at all, contrary to the price, you'd think it is supposed to help you, but I am better of just searching up how to drive than actually using this website, terrible website I shouldn't have even thought of purchasing this, terrible, never again, there are way better websites than this.

Wrong address for replacement card

my replacement card was sent to wrong address and the person i contact wasn't helpful. Took them four days to reply.

driving course

course was easy to follow and I was able to work around my schedule. I took course and passed test. My issue came when I wanted to receive certificate. I do not have a printer and am not tech savvy. Entered chat session and found out you could not mail certification. Entered second chat session as I did not know how to email another party to get certification printed out for me. Chatted with Gladzye Quezada who helped me in getting information to my daughter who will print out certificate and did not feel rushed in any way. She is a great employee and I was so happy she helped me resolve issue

Jonathan was so easy to deal with and…

Jonathan was so easy to deal with and understood my problem right away. It was a very seamless and great process. I had good intentions of doing this course but misunderstood that Canada is governed under different jurisdiction and Jonathan was able to realize that right away and help me out with the refund. If I was American I would recommend this course and experience for anybody else every day of the week.
