There work is beyond great

Had a nice experience, staff was polite and I scheduled my exam.

I purchased a CompTIA SecurityX (CASP+) exam voucher from CertVouchers, and when I attempted to use it just two days later, it showed as already used. When I contacted them, instead of helping, they accused me of lying, claimed I must have shared the code, and refused a refund.

They also demanded remote access to my computer via UltraViewer, a huge security red flag. They said the voucher was only valid if I booked immediately, despite their own email stating it was valid for 6 months.

When I reached out to CompTIA, they confirmed they don’t support third-party voucher issues. I now have to pursue a refund through my payment provider.

Avoid CertVouchers, extremely unprofessional, unreliable, and potentially fraudulent.

I have never found cheaper rates then certvouchers. The sales team are really cooperative and i really enjoyed your services. Btw the original price for sec+ was 404 but i purchased 2 vouchers still saved 100 buks
