la mia esperienza riguarda l'acquisto di un paio di scarpe Nike. L'acquisto risale al 03/04/22 inizialmente sono stati cordiali e veloci nel rispondere (via email) alle mie necessità anche la consegna ha rispettato i tempi previsti. L'articolo ricevuto però è chiaramente un falso e nel momento in cui ho chiesto le modalità per poter effettuare il reso (con le spese di reso a mio carico) l'azienda non ha più risposto alle mie email, anche il numero di telefono riportato sul sito è inesistente...diffidate!!!
