Have emailed company several times as well as call them but they won’t collect the now surplus moulding/ refund me.

DAMAGED AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE
Ordered skirting boards with paid expedited delivery so they would arrive in time for a carpenter - they arrived 9 days later instead. Multiple boards arrived damaged and unusable (photos provided at the time). I was told a refund would be issued for the damaged boards and delivery, but despite repeated emails over several weeks, the refund has still not been processed. Communication has been inconsistent, with promises made but no follow-through. Overall, late delivery, damaged goods, and ongoing issues getting the agreed refund.
EDIT: I placed my order on the 5th January and my order was delivered on the 14th so 9 days. This is significantly later than the FAST delivery I paid extra for so even if it is 7 working days this is beyond the timeframe of the expedited delivery service I paid for. I accepted your partial refund as my uncle had flew over especially from Ireland to fit, which I explained, and had no other choice but to fit. Even though I still think a full refund is necessary as I now have to see damaged skirting boards throughout my house due to your company’s lack of care, I settled for a partial refund + delivery refund however as I’m still stating, I have never received.

Thanks for your review and as per my previous emails sorry that you received your order damaged, we accept that the order was late but not by 9 days.

We tried to resolve this issue as soon as possible and offered replacement boards for the damage that you had received but you didn't want that. My colleague offered to get the boards collected so we could issue a refund however you just wanted a refund for your full order without returning the skirting boards, we cant issue a refund if we don't get the goods back as we cant claim for the damage from the courier.
Had we had it back then of course a refund would have been processed. If on the rare occasion goods do get damaged in transit we always offer replacements so our customer can get their job finished. They get prioritised in our production and despatch, Providing we are able to collect the goods in question a refund will get processed, this was offered to you.
I am sorry that the goods arrived a day late and with damage, order are wrapped and packaged to avoid transport damage. We have taken steps internally to remedy this issue further and are proactively moving transport in-house to better control the delivery success rate, both on lead time and reduced transport damage fronts.
I request that you revise your review as your claim of the order turning up 9 days late just isn't true.

Apologies you haven’t received your order yet, we did put as much information on the website as possible confirming that we were closed over Christmas and new year and that this would affect the lead time. The review email goes out after 10 days of customers ordering which for every other part of the year is fine, you can see the 1000+’reviews on our website for reassurance.
I’ve looked into your order and it was scheduled to be loaded on a vehicle yesterday to be delivered today. I will be able to confirm your delivery date Monday when back in the office.

Had to order 3 meters of skirting as was short by 2 metre had to place an order of over £30 or else they won’t send total bill for 3 meters would have been £80 the reviews on here I wished I looked at before ordering first time round

Ok but could be better
The ordering process was straightforward and payment was taken again without issue. I then received an email telling me that my order was being made and I would be informed when it was being delivered. I chose the 3-5 day delivery option and it was delivered on the sixth working day. One slight blemish to one length of architrave, but nothing I can’t work around.
Overall experience, could be better.
I tried phoning to chase the order but kept receiving we are busy message.
No reply to emails but did get the notification that it had been dispatched.
Could have done with an estimated delivery time by DX but their driver unloaded to a good place given it was drizzling.
So in conclusion. Price was the best. Service and communication are poor. Delivery was ok.
I wouldn’t go as far to say avoid or I wouldn’t use again, but I would allow more time for delivery
