Quick and helpful once I got through
I could not do what I needed to on-line as kept giving me an error message then had trouble with the automated phone system but once I got through Bashnee was very helpful and quickly sorted my renewal

Scam through Compare insurance website!
Never heard or dealt with this company, suddenly got a direct debit taken for a policy that I have no memory signing up to. Apparently when searching and comparing deals on the Compare landlord insurance website, it automatically sign you up for the policy!
Never received any emails with the policy wording or anything, just a payment taken by DD. Look like a scam!
