Solution was found
After the team reached out to me, my complaint was clarified and we were able to find a satisfactory solution. For the future, I hope that issues like this can be resolved directly by customer support, without the need to leave a review first.
The return is now being processed without any problems, and I was given clear information about the items I had complained about.
As a tip: consider ordering lace bras one or even two sizes larger than usual, as they tend to run quite small around the chest.
