Do not give Kris Lowder your credit card! This guy is a criminal. I hired him to replace a wench on my Davit for which I was quoted $600 to do. He wound up rigging it with a ridiculous unsafe pulley system and sent me a 10,000 invoice. I lost it and then he reduced it to $3700 and without my authorization, he charged my credit card. Now dealing with credit card companies and lawyers. Stay away!
