Ordered a tracksuit no updates after the confirmation email. Sent several emails no response. Now the website is no longer available.
You can’t contact them to return a broken item. Bought a windbreaker coat £60 for my son. Zip broke after wearing it three times. They don’t respond to your complaint. So now using bank to get money back. They may be cool on TikTok but their customer service is not cool! Avoid

I messaged them after 6 days of it not arriving only to get this response “ Please provide your address again , as we do not have a clear address from you ;)”

I asked them why this is the first I’m hearing of it only to get this response “ We had tried sending you an email but it says that it wasn’t safe , is this a cottage as it doesn’t have a door number?”
I haven’t heard back from them and it’s been 2 days now. I have never had anyone else or company have any issues with my email or home address
I live out in the country and don’t have other houses around me so can’t see the relevance. I’m more than Capable of getting my own address correct so to be questioned is beyond unprofessional.
So far it feels like a complete scam otherwise it’s a completely incompetent company with highly unprofessional staff.
I wouldn’t advise anybody to buy anything from here if you value your time and money
