I ordered a coin from CGB through the VCoins platform (order #38-4062, EUR 840) and explicitly requested delivery to Barcelona, Spain, which was confirmed in the order confirmation email. However, CGB's system used my Beijing billing address instead and shipped the parcel to China. I sent two urgent emails on 10 August asking them to intercept and redirect the parcel, but received no response.
As a result, I was forced to pay CNY 1,338.83 (approx. EUR 172) in Chinese customs duties and taxes plus FedEx collection fees - costs that would never have arisen if the parcel had been shipped to the EU address I specified. I filed a formal claim with their customer service on 15 August, but they have ignored it completely (their own stated deadline for a response was 28 August 2026).
The coin itself is fine, but the shipping system error and the total silence afterwards are unacceptable for a dealer of this reputation. I am sharing this to warn other international buyers: if anything goes wrong with your order, do not expect a response. Buyers outside the EU should be particularly careful about customs-related issues.
The website is full of choices, and a lot of affordable material for beginners. The buying process was easy, and the delivery was also timely.

The seller never informed that taxes were to be paid at the time of delivery which increased the cost of the items purchased considerably, won’t buy from them again
