I would avoid this company if you require a timely and professional service, I phoned for 4 days in succession to discuss my inquiry with no response, after suggesting to the receptionist I would be leaving a review on my experience I received an email from the director with a lengthy questionnaire on a completely unrelated issue, I responded to the email and stating this was not what I requested and I am awaiting on a response.
My experience leaves me questioning the validity of CG Incorporations many positive website reviews, it seems to be common place now to portray a positive slant on what is in reality a poor service.

I would like to clarify that we did respond within two days—your initial call was on Tuesday, and an email was sent to you on Thursday morning. The questionnaire you received was related to the service you enquired about. As a company supervised by HMRC for Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance, we are required to ask detailed questions to ensure all regulatory requirements are met. In some cases, especially where we assess a higher risk, these questions can be more extensive. We also prefer email correspondence to maintain a clear record.
Unfortunately, we did not receive the necessary information in response to our questions and therefore were unable to proceed further.
