Security camera

Security camera. Set and you have to buy a sim subscription for the camera to work. Camera Did not update image when rotated. Had to reset camera as per instructions. After resetting had take out ANOTHER subscription for it to work. Still didn’t update image on rotation. Counted them re subscription. They said subscription nothing to do with them.whaaat. Passing the buck. Don’t buy

feb '23 update

Since feb '23 update, my app no longer shows camera image in HD, just SD. Screen rotation also has a problem: once rotated, the screen will not return to standing position, and app cannot be closed. Reinstalling did not work.

What was once good is now rubbish

Had 3 all were great, until, they all stopped the ability to turn remotely, tried to reboot: reset, nothing, bought 2 more from Amazon, impossible to set up, sent them back, have since changed to a different brand which I’m happy with.

I have a problem with 4G access on my cameras. I have 4 of them. I sent emails and requests to their webapp.
NO answer after several attempts!
Spend your money on another brand who care for their customers. I am really disappointed.

Plug with remote control didn't work…

Plug with remote control didn't work after 3 months (always stays on). I contacted the customer service and after 2 emails giving the serial number and my invoice, they sent me a new one.
After reading the comments I think I was a lucky one or they improve the customer service.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service, completely rude and unhelpful, their response to plug and play security camera that need configuring of system to emails was, get a specialist, literally, thats what they said, I had to use the words customer service here but there was none, nonexistent and shameful, never again the last time I recieved such a rude unhelpful response was from Fagor. Despicable!!!!!!
