Scam website, beware! Ordered and paid for Chacos sandals online from ChacosIreland.com for €75 and received a pair of rubbish sunglasses from a private address in China, no reply from customer service, no method of refund, plus had to pay €4.56 for customs. Feel like a fool.
Scam website, ordered sandals for a 50% discounted price, and a month in I received a pair of sunglasses in the mail after being asked to pay extra 4.55 euros in customs.
I am almost certain that this is a scam, they seem to be based in China but I had read that Chacos US are now manufacturing in China so I thought it was ok. I paid for a product on August 31st last and still in October, I have received nothing. They are incredibly rude when they contact you and suddenly, overnight, none of their emails work so be warned - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!
