I have used this company a couple of times. Excellent range of good quality greetings cards. Prompt delivery and well-packaged.

Unfortunately my order did not arrive however, after lots of attempts to contact the company, they eventually replied to offer a full refund or replacement.
The replacement has arrived and has exceeded expectations - the random selection of 10 cards for £6 are all useable, and many of the cards are ones 8 would have chosen myself.

I have not received my order! Nor a reply to my email.
Rubbish service.

I still haven't received them!
I am updating my review. I never received my goods from Chadbrook Cards. I emailed several times. When I phoned it said the number was unavailable.....
I then discovered that this company also sells through Etsy. So I emailed again through Etsy but again no reply.
Disgusted with this company.

Ordered xmas cards on 8 Oct. Not yet received on 17 Dec. Doubt there'll be time to get them written and posted in time for Xmas. Your website is down. You don't answer phone nor respond to message left ion your voicemail. What's to like?

No delivery, no contact, website down and not answering phone

I have not received my Christmas cards, no replies to emails. Now website closed! Missed last posting dates with this delay and had to buy cards somewhere else.

My apologies to chadbrook cards. I e mailed requesting a refund which has been responded to quickly assuring me the cost will be refunded as the cards are assumed lost in transit.
Purchased 3 cards 7th December and still no show 16th. Website is down so telephoned the number advertised on a number of sites (including this one) and told they’ve had a number of calls but never heard of the company, are they lying? Who knows? Have now requested refund via e mail.

Beautifully printed cards with impressionist paintings that fully met my requirements.

Lovely quality cards. Arrived promptly, easy to ord were & well packaged. Highly recommend.

Lovely cards, with great subject matter, at a fair price. My only gripe is the time it took to process and send the cards. So, if you are reading this review, get your order in early.

Wide variety of cards with familiar and new paintings for to choose.Easy to order and received in two days (£2:00 extra fee good value)
Cards high quality and artworks well reproduced and no problems with using ink pens. Recipients liked the cards. Will order again including for Christmas.
Ideal if you're not near shops with good quality greetings cards.
