Quick delivery.
However your website is terrible at finding things.
Also, you can't expect people to be home all week: you need to call to arrange delivery even for online orders. I wasn't even home when the delivery came in.

Efficent and very friendly will use again

Order got cancelled as not enough in stock..they offered they can get more but I’d have to either wait 2-3 weeks or pay 80€ for courier-why should I care? They had it in stock on website and it was up to them to make sure it was available..I presume I was too small of a customer…the man on the phone was not very nice did not even apologise did nit try to help or suggest a solution.

Poor experience on click and collect as a retail customer. I'm guessing trade gets priority. All items were in stock but waited half the day for any confirmation. Emails and follow up phone calls from myself went unanswered. Eventually gave up and cancelled the order. No explanation or apology from the staff when I called.

Good price, quick delivery and very helpfull driver

Excellent experience ordered online got a phone call to explain that what I ordered was not in store and would be got from another store for me and would probably be delivered on Wednesday which it was. I am pleased with the communication which was pleasant and accurate. When delivered the driver was helpful and knowledgeable all together you have an excellent team and you should appreciate their dedication to their job.

Great service and easy to use website..... however, I was waiting for an email to tell me my order was ready for collection, (As advised when I was ordering my product).
Instead I had to search to discover my order was ready for collection. It's not a problem to check the website to see if my product is ready but it's misleading to say you will receive an email and this doesn't happen.
Otherwise, a good experience. Well done

Got what I needed and it did the job. Friendly staff and efficient service. Used click and collect and picked up some extras in store on the day.

Got what I needed very quickly. Happy with all the products received.

The toilet was in stock in Navan and available for collection soon after opening time.

Purchased a lagging jacket for hot water cylinder. Ordered online click and collect. No problems swift turn around item was ready within 10mins.

Communication is good and very fast. One product was out of stock and very quickly I was contacted by email and phone. They soon resolved the issue. All went well with delivery also.

Chadwick's customer service in non existent. Longer lead times than advertised on website.

Delivery of 3 tonne bags of gravel, on time with no issues.

Ordered in the morning delivered in the afternoon, can’t argue with that.
