Even though I've only been with…

Even though I've only been with ChainsLama for a short time, customer service has been excellent. From onboarding to having a dedicated account manager, everything felt structured and supportive, especially for someone newer to trading.

This is probably a scam company

This is probably a scam company. Profits made by the FA are probably just for show and to tempt you to deposit more money. I highly doubt the money can be withdrawn considering you need to do a 2 steps transfer to get your money. You cannot control your trade positions at all. Fa calls you a few times a week to give updates on the market(they probably reading from a script).

To those who got scammed by chainslama and Caitlin. Try doing a refund with learnspread. I managed to get my initial deposit back!

Tomas Blog in Telegram partnered with Chainslama out to scam

I do not remember how I joined this Telegram chatgroup, Tomas Blog, this Tomas updates the result of his profitable trades daily in the chat, I was deceived into investing $250 USD. He told me that a investment officer will assist to open a trading account. A while later a lady, caitlin.rowland with chainslama with fluent UK English accent called to assist in setting up the trading account, somehow I let down my guard, I was guided by this Caitlin into providing my details to register the account, and transferred $250 USD through "learnspread.io". Then I received an email from Chainslama that my account is registered and funded. As the it is automated account, I do not control over it, the account balance has profited to more 2k USD, I summitted to withdraw my initial fund, there was where the scam unwrapped, I sent email to Caitlin to assist with the withdrawal, no respond. Therefore, I message Tomas in Telegram, no respond too, I was banned from the Tomas Blog. I have sent a compliant thru Telegram Anti Spam bot with the screenshots of the chat with Tomas, so that others will not be scammed, but till date the Tomas Blog is still in operation.

MAJOR SCAM

This is a major scam. Do not fall for it ! They start of as a financial advisor whom trades for you under accounts management. At the start they will do all the proper KYC which convince you to trust that they are professionals and a low min deposit at 250usd.

Red flags
- Chainslama creates a account for you. ( all regulated brokers do not create accounts for you. U have to create yourself personally )
- min deposit of 250usd their financial advisor will help you profit from 250usd - 18k+ usd
- they will whatsapp you after kyc but constantly change their DP & whatsapp name. ( from lauren - leslie )
- during the kyc they will mention u can withdraw anytime. But when u request to withdraw FA will tell you its the active phase of the market.
- their point of entry of each trades does not tally with trading view charts. But currently market price tallies. Here the tricky part to spot
- upon approved withdrawal request , via card u have to pay taxes or via crypto gas or network fees. Check with a relative & official UK tax website serial number does not match.
