Ordered a Singapore necklace chain, arrived today so very fast delivery. Looks lovely very shiny and very well packaged. I know time will tell but very happy with purchase. Will order from them again.
Bought an anklet for a holiday which I am 2 days into wearing and it has fallen apart . Fasten wasn’t welded and now it has fallen off so is useless ! Thanks very much ! Wasnt exactly cheap for what it is either and was also delivered extremely late
Been emailing this company about a faulty item for 2 weeks with no response. They have read my messages on messenger chasing a response to my emails but have also ignored those and have now removed themselves from messenger. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
If I could leave zero stars I would. I purchased a gold Figaro bracelet for my wife for Christmas. It appeared bright and shiny and well presented when it arrived. Within 2 weeks it had broken. My wife was desperate to wear it when we went to meet relatives so I had it repaired at a local jewellers who informed me it was very poorly made. Within a few days it broke again in a different place. I contacted Chains of Gold who trotted out their well worn excuses including 'it's not an indestructible piece' etc. To cap it all they offered a credit for its scrap value if I purchased something else from them!! I returned to my local jewellers to see if they could do anything but they declined to repair it saying it was too flimsy and likely to break again. I would avoid this company and use a reputable jewellers who sell pieces that are fit for purpose.
I ordered some earrings, they came very beautifully packed so felt special to open and they were perfect! Very pleased with the quality. Delivery companies are all over the place at the moment but no doubt out of the hands of chains of gold as it was sent using royal mail which is supposed to be reliable.
I’m actually not happy to leave this company even one star! Terrible qualify jewellery. I bought a chain which had a faulty clasp and that just fell off my sons neck while we ate Christmas lunch! Also bought a bracelet that one broke a few months later and sadly that was lost. They replaced the chain but unfortunately it happened again when we were out so that’s lost too!! Total waste of over £100. Would never buy anything from them again.
I did not receive my item, even though I paid extra for fast delivery. I told them it was for an anniversary and I was very disappointed which I would mention in my review. They told me they would send it special delivery and I would receive it the next day which was a Saturday which I excepted. Five minutes later they called me back telling me they had cancelled my order and would refund my money. Absolutely dumbfounded I still can’t believe my ears, Don’t waste your time or money.

Made 3 separate purchases to this company, one through Etsy and two through company directly. The packaging was really well. They also provided a very tidy bag inside incase I return which I found very convenient. Items were beautiful and just as described.
I ordered was a hall marked sterling silver bracelet, however it was disgusting quality. It didn’t even feel like any kind of metal never mind silver, it felt incredibly plastic and lightweight, DONT SHOP THERE

Photo shop the images to make them look better and cancel my order for no reason at all.
Also advertised wrong carat on the jewelry! Had this checked with the maker and they had to change the description. Got the item I wanted elsewhere and I am now happy but this company has very very bad customer service and cancel orders for no reason at all and refuse to explain why.
Very overpriced at this company too. They also have a bad history and had to change their name in the past they took payment under a different company name. Well you want to buy from here you are going to get one complaint about something or the other.
Purchased a gold chain for my wife's 50th, within a few days of wearing the chain it snapped right near the clasp. They were contacted within the 30 day return period and yet refused to honour their warranty and claimed it was broken through misuse. Rubbish!!! I left a review on feefo and they've responded by claiming I did not make contact until after the 30 days. More rubbish! Chain was purchased on the 16th of June and delivered on the 18th of June. My initial email was on the 13th of July. More than happy to share the email chain with anyone who wants to see what charlatans this company really is.
Would NOT recommend this co.Dreadful customer service bought knot gold earrings in March 20.Post broke of completely (pierced ears).Hardly worn.To be told can't do anything suggest take to a jeweller to be mended.Would cost too much to return(they said !!)Also we don't do repairs or refunds !!!!!!Unbelievable!!!Would never ever buy from this Company.Buyer beware all looks good online don't bother.!!!
If I could give 0 stars I would. I brought a necklace for my dad’s birthday. He wore it for 2 hours at a meal and it fell from his neck. Clearly terrible quality. Contacted them back at the start of April, with no reply. I gave them extra time due to the pandemic but June and there was still no reply. I contacted them again to be told it’s out of the time frame for returns and I would have to pay for it to be repaired. Their main selling points are quality and 1 year warranty. Clearly they don’t stand by either. They may as well not state the warranty. I am contacting trading standards and will tell everyone to stay clear of this company!
