Based on my personal experience, the project I paid for has still not been completed. Communication has been extremely difficult, and responses are often delayed for long periods of time. On many occasions it was hard to get any meaningful update on the status of the work.
I was also disappointed by the level of professionalism. When communication did happen, it often did not meet the standard I would expect from someone managing client projects. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

Great value products and a brilliant after sales service

Course was very informative, down to earth and realistic. I could see a lot of effort went into putting on this course as it covered a wide range of scenarios. Dee Clarke was exceptional, well informed and surprisingly understanding. I hope you all get him too for your course.

I recently purchased the SIA SSG701SS 70cm Stainless Steel 5 Burner Gas Hob With Cast Iron Pan Stands and absolutely love this Hob. It is so well made and looks fabulous as well. So pleased with this purchase and the whole process from start to finish. The customer services team were so helpful to ensure I was purchasing the right model for what I needed and the price was great too

Can't praise them enough! A minor problem meant they had to replace an item. However, that got lost in post so they it sent again. Still didn't arrive so Mark of SIA chose to hand deliver item!! They also threw in few bonus items. Christmas post was to blame. When lost items turned up they absoulely refused to take any additional money from us! That's Customer Service!
