Chaja Lending Services (CLS) is a nationwide private lending company based in Los Angeles, serving real estate investors, developers, and entrepreneurs across the United States. We're the lending division of Chaja Properties, Inc., and since launching in 2018 we've grown to support a network of more than 50 loan officers nationwide. What makes CLS different is the experience behind it. Our founder, Jackson Mosley, has been in real estate since 1991. He started with no money, bad credit, and a layoff notice, and built from there. Today Chaja Properties owns multifamily assets concentrated in the St. Louis market, which means when CLS evaluates a deal, we're seeing it through the eyes of an investor who has actually closed deals, managed tenants, and weathered down cycles. We're not a faceless capital source. We're operators who happen to lend. Our values shape how we do business. We believe clear communication solves most problems in this industry, and we live by a simple rule: under-promise and over-deliver.
